Thanks to the hard work of every individual at Echidna, and after a successful 2014, Echidna was just named one of the “20 Most Promising Web Design & Development Companies” of 2015 — wow!

This is a monumental accomplishment, and it could not have been accomplished if not for the passionate efforts of each and every one of Echidna’s amazing employees.

Since we started this company in 2010, we’ve called ourselves a family. Today, I truly believe we are a family. Like any family, we play, we fight, we pull each other’s (and our own) hair out — but most importantly, we care. We care about what we do. We care about who we do it for. We care about each other. This is what I’m the most proud of.

Echidna’s people are amazing

Echidna’s employees deserve the recognition from the media. It wasn’t just given away – they earned it. Our people bring their passion to work every day. While we all have our good days and our bad days — we are human, after all — I’ve been thoroughly impressed with what we’re able to do together on a day-to-day basis. Without individuals contributing to our collective effort, none of what we do would be possible.

As a result, our team size more than doubled in 2014! Again, wow! That’s tremendous growth that would challenge many companies. But our family-based culture, and our amazing operations team, have enabled us to succeed and set the stage for a very bright future.

Looking forward

In 2014, our clients grew, and we grew with them. That’s a feat we should all be proud of. But we’re not done yet! Not by a long shot. This is only the beginning.

Our growth trajectory remains very high. This means new clients, deeper relationships with our existing clients, and more people joining the Echidna family. Our projects will become more frequent; in some cases, larger; and in many cases, more diverse and interesting.

It won’t be easy. It won’t be handed to us. We have to fight, together, to have the best year we’ve ever had — to prove to our clients and to ourselves that we are the best at what we do.

We’re writing a story, and no story is complete without some turbulence along the way. Nor would it be complete without amazing journeys, amazing accomplishments, and amazing people.

We’re looking forward to all of the amazing things ahead.
